2. DURATION TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL
Orders received will be posted from Monday to Friday.
Our courier service is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 3pm will only be shipped on next Monday. You may received your orders within 3-5 working days.
If customers do not receive their order within 10 working days, please contact our email at customer.waansya@gmail.com or WhatsApp our team to track your order.
Purchases made on www.waansya.com and in-stores may be returned, exchanged or refunded within 14 days upon purchase. The product(s) must abide to these terms:
1. Refunds will only be credited with store credits or vouchers via email.
